Crafting Sequences

In the Intermediate Crafting Guide, we explained the theory for the crafting. This article a collection of crafting sequence for various scenarios.


Cross Class Skills

There are many skills can be shared among all DoH classes. Just like DoW and DoM classes, you will have 1 cross class skill slot every 5 level. At Level 35, you can select all cross-class-skills recommended in our sequence regardless of your class. Before then, you have to choose the skills based on available slots.

  1. Hasty Touch (CUL 15): Touch Action with 0 CP. MUST HAVE.
  2. Waster Not (LTW 15): Lost Reduction 20 Durability in 4 steps. MUST HAVE
  3. Rumination (CRP 15): Recover CP built by Inner Quiet. MUST HAVE
  4. Steady Hand II (CUL 37): This is the best cross-class-skill. However it requires a lot of work to unlock.
  5. Manipulation (GSM 15): Recover 30 Durability in 3 steps. Use Master’s Mend if not available.
  6. Tricks of the Trade (ALC 15): Recover 20 CO if material condition is good.
  7. Careful Synthesis (WVR 15): 100% Synthesis action. Only useful for low durability item. Use Basic Synthesis if not available.

Notes

  • Replace Steady Hand with Steady Hand II if available.
  • * check material condition after the action. Cast Tricks of the Trade if condition is good.
  • ** check material condition before and after the action. Cast Tricks of the Trade if condition is good.
  • You may replace some Hasty Touch action if there is spare CPs.

Durability 40

Requirement: 262 CP for Steady Hand and 268 CP for Steady Hand II

  1. Inner Quiet*
  2. Steady Hand
  3. Waste Not
  4. Hasty Touch X 4
  5. Hasty Touch**
  6. Manipulation*
  7. Steady Hand
  8. Waste Not
  9. Hasty Touch X 4
  10. Ruminations**
  11. Steady Hand if CP is 78 or more
  12. Waste Not
  13. Hasty/Basic/Standrad Touch X 3 or substitute Touches if more Synthesis is needed.
  14. Careful Synthesis or Basic Synthesis if Steady Hand is up

Durability 40 (Low CP)

Requirement: 210 CP for Steady Hand

  1. Inner Quiet*
  2. Steady Hand
  3. Waste Not
  4. Hasty Touch X 4
  5. Hasty Touch**
  6. Master Mend*
  7. Steady Hand
  8. Hasty/Basic/Standrad Touch X 3 or substitute Touches if more Synthesis is needed.
  9. Careful Synthesis or Basic Synthesis if Steady Hand is up

Durability 70 and Up

Requirement: 222 CP for Steady Hand and Level 25

  1. Inner Quiet*
  2. Steady Hand
  3. Hasty Touch X 5
  4. Hasty Touch**
  5. Master’s Mend II*
  6. Steady Hand
  7. Hasty Touch X 5
  8. Tricks of Trade if condition is good
  9. For item 80 and above, additional Touch actions until durability 20.
  10. Ruminations**
  11. Steady Hand
  12. Waste Not
  13. Hasty/Basic/Standrad Touch or Basic Synthesis depending on number of synthesis required.
  14. Repeat above step for 3 more steps

Durability 60 and Up

Requirement: 206 CP for Steady Hand. This sequence can be used for durability 70 items before Level 25 when Master’s Mend II is not available.

  1. Inner Quiet*
  2. Steady Hand
  3. Hasty Touch X 5
  4. Manipulation*
  5. Steady Hand
  6. Waste Not
  7. Hasty Touch X 4
  8. Ruminations**
  9. Steady Hand if CP is 78 or more
  10. Waste Not
  11. Hasty/Basic/Standrad Touch or Basic Synthesis depending on number of synthesis required.
  12. Repeat above step for 3 more steps

Macro Suggestion

It is not possible to perform the above steps manually every time. We would recommend the following macro for your daily crafting jobs. Make sure there is a wait between commands.
